Last week, we heard the upbeat Penguin Prison remix and this week we have the downtempo Shigeto remix to Dotlights’ “Have Doughnut”. Featuring footage from Dotlights’ travels through Norway, the atmospheric and encapsulating instrumental continues our medley of artists remixing various tracks from A Journey Home LP, out now. 

This track is the first single off Dotlights’ debut LP, releasing August 6 on Memoir. “Have Doughnut” is the start of a long journey. Through desert and through daydream. 

This track oozes with melancholic yet hopeful guitars, supplemented by minimalistic synth accents on a foundation of deep bass and a relaxed beat. It has a mellow, nostalgic kind of vibe that makes you want to wind down and take a bit of time for yourself.
